BIODIESEL PROCESSOR

MODERN BIODIESEL PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES

Unlike companies which manufacture biodiesel production equipment (biodiesel processor) based on outdated, tank technologies, which have been used for over a century, our company uses the high-frequency magnetic impulse cavitation principle, previously used in classified technologies, allowing us to achieve some significant advantages.

Biodiesel made of

CRUDE / UCO / VEGETABLE OIL

The picture shows the source oil (crude non-refined sunflower oil) and the result of source product treatment in the cavitation processor PULSAR-CT. Test conditions: Crude sunflower oil – 7000 ml; Methanol – 900 ml; Catalyst (potassium methylate) – 65 g; Processing time – 50 seconds; Separation time (gravity method) – 20 minutes.

Biodiesel made of

ANIMAL FAT

Biodiesel derived from animal fat (waste from the processing of livestock) using the cavitation processor PULSAR-CT. Animal fat was first liquefied (heated up to 60°C). Source components ratio: Animal fat – 5350 ml; Methanol – 700 ml; Catalyst (potassium methylate) – 50 g; Processing time – 50 seconds; Separation time (gravity method) – 20 minutes

biosmart-ct

Our company has developed new equipment for biodiesel production BioSMART-CT based on new cavitation processors ROTON-B30.

biodiesel mini-pro

The Biodiesel-MINI Pro  system is aimed at a wide range of users such as small companies, municipalities, farms and even at domestic use. To operate the systems no specific skills and qualification are needed.

Support Team and Services

TURNING KEY PLANT DESIGN

Our Support Team of experts has extensive experience in the design, fabrication and running of biodiesel plants with the use of CT Systems biodiesel production equipment.
In this field, this Team works closely with CT Systems engineers and supports CT Systems clients in the planning, development and start-up of TURN-KEY plants for biodiesel production.
